Introduction

Hi, and welcome to my blog. My mates call me Elle, and one of my favourite things to do is explore our amazing planet. I caught the travel bug about 10 years ago, and as I head towards the pointy end of my life, my aim is to bring you some stories of places I visit or explore, with a real time perspective. Like so many of us, I enjoy good food, beautiful buildings, and living in the moment of the places on my bucket list. My inspiration comes from some specific events, such as Tour de France, or foodie shows, but it will always be about what brings me joy.
